We are happy to extend our return policy through SATURDAY, JANUARY 31, 2026, on items purchased from MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2025 - THURSDAY, DECEMBER 25, 2025.

Please note, return request forms must be completed online here using your original order # and shipping zip code.

**Refunds are only issued to the original form of payment, and a $10.00 return fee will be deducted from the refund.

***We will waive the $10.00 return fee if you prefer to receive store credit for your return.

As a reminder, notification of refund will be sent to the original email used to purchase.

If returning a gift, please contact cs@jeffreycampbellshoes.com or fill out our online Customer Service form here if you wish to receive a merchandise credit instead of a refund. 

Drop off your return at any authorized UPS location no later than SATURDAY, JANUARY 31, 2026.

RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received, as items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt.  Item must have all tags, original packaging materials & shipped back in original box or appropriate shipping carton. Do not use the shoe, accessory, or clothing box as your return shipping carton. 

RETURN PROCESSING

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving in our warehouse. 

An email will be sent to the email address on file once your return is processed.
