REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
ELIGIBILITY
In order to participate in the Referral Program, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, and be able to provide a unique and valid email address at the time of referring. You must be legally competent to enter into contracts to enroll in the Referral Program. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes reserves the right to limit the number of referrals within the Program. If you are not eligible to participate, you are prohibited from accessing, using, and registering for the Referral Program. A Referee may maintain only one referral email address. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes, in its sole judgement, reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the Referral Program or revoke issued Points or coupons, for any reason, including, for example, if that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, referring themselves, making purchases for a business or for resale, making purchases with the intention of returning such as influencer pulls, stylist pulls or press pulls, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abusing Rewards privileges, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Referral Program’s intent or for any other reason Jeffrey Campbell Shoes deems necessary based on its sole discretion
REFEREE
You may not refer yourself: we screen for similar names, email, shipping addresses. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes has the right, in its sole discretion, to limit the amount of referrals, revoke points, referral rewards and discounts in the event of evidence of actual or attempted misuse or abuse of program in conflict with these Terms, our Privacy Policy or any other jeffreycampbellshoes.com policies. Referral links are intended to be shared directly with friends who have never purchased on jeffreycampbellshoes.com, and may not be published to social media, sent in bulk or released outside of known friends or family. Referral rewards are non-transferable. In the event you enter your email address incorrectly and your referral redeems their points, we are unable to transfer your points to your correct email address. We are unable to retroactively apply referral discounts after an order has been placed and the discount will no longer be valid. Reward Points will be added to your account (if you are a loyalty member) or emailed to you (if not a member) following the completed purchase of an eligible referred friend. Jeffrey Campbell has the right to end the referral program at any time. If a Referee is disqualified, such Referee will forfeit their Points, coupons and all outstanding Rewards, as those terms are defined below, with a balance that has not been redeemed at the time of such disqualification.

PRIVACY
We value and respect your privacy. The personal information that we collect from you in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy and will be used and disclosed by us for the purpose of administration of the Program, providing you with any rewards or benefits that you redeem under the Program, marketing in connection with the Program, other marketing communications that you have opted in to receive and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.
LIABILITY
Jeffrey Campbell Shoes is not responsible for any, direct, or indirect, consequences or problems in regards to the Referral Program. Nevertheless, Jeffrey Campbell Shoes will use it’s best efforts to ensure that the Referral or Referee can benefit from its rewards in case of the malfunction of the Referral Program. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes is not responsible for rewards that may be lost, redeemed due to fraudulent activity or invalid due to not applying the referral code to the referee’s first purchase.
RIGHTS
Jeffrey Campbell Shoes may modify these terms and conditions at any given time in its sole discretion. Jeffrey Campbell may or may not inform the Referees or Referrals of the Referral Program of changes to these Terms & Conditions via email. Members of the Referral Program should regularly check the Jeffrey Campbell Shoes website for the latest version of these Terms & Conditions. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Referral Program for any reason at any time. In the event that Jeffrey Campbell Shoes decides to terminate the Referral Program, all Referees & Referrals will be informed by means of the contact information supplied by them. The Referees & Referral Members will then have thirty (30) days to redeem any benefits, otherwise the accumulated points and coupons will be forfeited and lost. In event of termination and/or suspension of the Referral Program. Jeffrey Campbell Shoes will not be held liable for any unused points, coupons or benefits. Furthermore, the Member will have no legal recourse whatsoever against Jeffrey Campbell Shoes in this respect and will not be entitled to any form of compensation.
